How to rotate PDF pages without changing their order
A PDF can contain one or several pages that face the wrong way because of scanning, camera capture, or an exported landscape page. Rotate PDF is for that narrow job: keep the document in the same order, turn only the pages that need it, and download a new copy that is easier to read.

Decide whether Rotate PDF is the right tool
Use Rotate PDF when the document order should stay exactly as it is. The tool is best for a scan where page 2 is sideways, a packet where one attachment was exported landscape, or a phone-captured PDF where several pages need the same turn.
If the same document also contains duplicate pages, blank pages, or pages in the wrong position, start in Organize PDF instead. That workspace can rotate, move, and remove pages in a single new copy.
Rotation steps
- Open the PDF and note which page numbers face sideways.
- Confirm that the page order itself is already correct.
- Use Rotate PDF for orientation-only work.
- Use Organize PDF when order or removal also needs attention.
Rotate the pages that need correction
Choose the PDF and wait for the page previews. Rotate an individual page until its text reads normally, or use Rotate all pages when every page needs the same turn. The preview shows the selected orientation before you create the result.
Rotating a page changes how that page opens in the new PDF. It does not crop the page, rewrite text, or change the sequence. Each page remains in its original position unless you switch to a tool designed for page organization.
Rotation steps
- Choose the PDF in Rotate PDF.
- Select the rotate button on each sideways page.
- Use Rotate all pages only when the whole document is sideways.
- Save the rotated PDF after at least one page has been turned.
Review the downloaded rotated PDF
After download, open the result in a normal PDF reader and check the first page, last page, and every page you rotated. A page that looks correct in thumbnail size may still need a second turn when viewed full size.
Pay attention to forms, signatures, stamps, page numbers, and barcodes. They should remain readable and should not appear sideways after the orientation change.

- The page order matches the source document.
- Every rotated page reads in the intended direction.
- No page was rotated twice by mistake.
- Marks, forms, and barcodes remain readable.
Keep the source and result under control
